Problem:
When opening Outlook, you’re getting a message that “Your user information could not be retrieved…”
or “Login Failed”, but logging in says it is incorrect.



Prophet’s log will show these types of errors.
The underlying connection was closed.
Unable to read data from the transport connection.
Cause
Changes in Microsoft’s Azure security have affected Prophet’s persistent connect. Avidian Engineering is investigating the best solution.
Solution
We can change Prophet’s configuration to point to a more direct URL.
Please download the attached file, unzip it and run SaasProphetAzure.reg

Click Yes to “allow” and Yes to the warning.


If you get an error that you’re not allowed to run it, please contact your IT to add it to your Current_User section of Windows Registry.
